Singapore-based cross-border payments FinTech platform TranSwap today announced that Mr Gary Tan, a former Senior Vice President of technology at GIC Private Limited, has joined its company as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With Gary on board, the TranSwap platform will be further enhanced to help businesses seamlessly manage and execute payments globally, while reducing foreign exchange (FX) costs and complexity.
Gary brings with him over 22 years of experience in delivering technology solutions for effective financial and asset management. He was responsible for developing multiple IT projects for 10 offices worldwide. Gary had been instrumental in laying the technological foundation for the organisation as it becomes one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world today.
