Monetary Authority of Singapore

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore’s central bank and integrated financial regulator. It manages Singapore’s exchange rate, official foreign reserves, and liquidity in the banking sector.

As an integrated financial supervisor, MAS fosters a sound financial services sector through its prudential oversight of all financial institutions in Singapore — banks, insurers, capital market intermediaries, financial advisors, and stock exchanges. It is also responsible for well-functioning financial markets, sound conduct, and investor education.

Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department

The Customs and Excise Service is a disciplined service established under the Customs and Excise Service Ordinance and the Commissioner of Customs & Excise (CCE) is the relevant authority under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO), Chapter 615

The AMLO was implemented in 2012 to provide for the imposition of requirements relating to Customer Due Diligence and record-keeping on specified financial institutions. It also provides for the regulation of the operation of a money service and the licensing of money service operators.

Bank Indonesia

As an independent state institution, Bank Indonesia is fully autonomous in formulating and implementing each of its tasks and authority as stipulated in the Central Bank Act.

All Financial Service Providers under the supervision of Bank Indonesia are required to implement the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML CFT) programs optimally and effectively.
